A city of sin. Gambling, booze, strippers and a high crime rate thrive in this city. Between the tourist traps and showgirls, you might find a quiet place to just be. But lately, no one looks for solitude anymore.

A new serial killer is in town, nicknamed only as the LV Killer. Why? Because he has no pattern to follow, he'll strangle and shoot and stab. Women and men, or any race and sexuality. The simple fact is,

HE DOESN'T CARE WHO HE KILLS.
