Located in Rio Dell, northern California is the Chaotic Care Center, or CCC. It's a care center for troubled teenagers and young adults. The problems in which the center is equip to deal with vary. Even if they're not prepared to deal with your problems, they'll still try and make it work. Don't think this is anything like those other care centers in California. This one isn't all fancy and done up, it simply gives what it gets, and absolutely nothing more. No cookies for desert and no extra pillows to sleep with. You get what you get and don't you dare throw a fit.
