Vampires are the living dead. They are immortal creatures who have been around for centuries and are still around now. Some consider vampires to be creatures of the night; however, they are far from creatures as any regular human. At night, vampire can blend into a crowd quite well and no one would be the wiser. The only way that anyone would know they were amongst a vampire would be if they noticed the two fangs that retract from their months. Despite what some literature says, vampires do not sparkle in the sunlight. If exposed to the sun, a vampire will burn up into a pile of ash and disappear with a gust of wind. Simple as that they die. Vampires look exactly as they did before they were turned and are simply humans with slight modifications.
In order to survive, Vampires drink blood. Human blood is the preferred source of food, however there are those who prefer to take a more vegetarian approach and only drink animal blood. There are two ways that a vampire might obtain a source of food. They will either get their supply from a blood bank, provided they take the proper channels. Or they can simply take it from a fresh live donor. Live donors often become slaves and servants. Those who are not appealing to a vampire will simply be drained dry and discarded.
There are two types of vampires.
BORN VAMPIRE
BITTEN VAMPIRE
STRENGTHS
Strength - Vampires are not gifted with unlimited strength. They start out with being able to lift up to five times their body weight and over time may increase that.
Speed - Vampires have enhanced reflexes allowing them to move quite quickly in whatever task is set about. Whether it’s getting from one end of the room to another in a flash, or simply catching something before it falls. They are simply quick.
Immortality – Vampires are immortal meaning that old age will not be the cause of their death. They can live for centuries and never seem as if they aged a day.
Enhanced Sense – Vampires senses are all heightened allowing them to feel, smell, hear and even see better than an average human. They are able to pick up on things that a normal person would. It comes in handy when trying to listen to your enemies plotting in hushed tones.

WEAKNESS
Religious Relics – crosses, pentagram charms, Budda charms etc basically any sort of religious item that a person has true belief in will hurt a vampire.
Holy Water – water blessed by any religious relic or person of faith, (must be a true believer) causes a vampire severe burns and pain. It will cause the vampire to once again heal slowly. If drank, holy water can slowly kill a vampire by burning them from the inside out.
Silver – any object made out of pure silver will cause severe pain and create wounds that take time to heal.
Fatal Injury – Vampires can get hurt or wounded. Anything can and will hurt them as a normal human; however they do have the ability to heal. The only way to ensure that a vampire is killed off is to take their head off. Clean decapitation will ensure that your vampire dies.
Stake– Is it a false fact that a vampire can be killed with a stake through the head. A stake through the heart merely hurts a great deal and immobilizes a vampire for a period of time.

HYBRIDS - As to any rules, there are exceptions. Hybrids vary depending on if they are vampire and lycan, vampire and human, or lycan and human.

There are two types of vampires.
BORN VAMPIRE
- These vampires are the offspring of two vampires. It has been said over the years that vampires can’t reproduce. However, these facts were merely fabricated in order to make humans feel safe.
- These vampires are able to control their powers and hunger far better than that of someone bitten. They are born with the urges and a trained from the beginning to control them.
- Born vampires age like regular humans until they reach their thirties. From there, the age process slows down dramatically to the point that unless one lives for a great amount of time, they seem to look the same.
BITTEN VAMPIRE
- These vampires were made by another vampire and thus have a maker. They are tried to their maker and their maker has the ability to sense them. This means that a maker will know when his made vampire is dead.
- Upon being bitten, the person goes through a transformation. One that isn’t particularly pretty and painful. The more violent the bite the more painful the transformation. Willing made vampires have a less harsh transformation then those who are made against their will.
- Once the transformation process is over, the person is then considered a fledgling. Over the next couple of months, a fledgling will attempt to gain control of their powers. This is not an easy task as the need to feed is quite strong in the early stages.
- With the new abilities that a vampire posses, the fledgling will have to get used to them and the difference they make in their lives. For example, if a fledgling pulls to hard on the door, they might simply take if off its hinges instead of opening it normally.
- During the fledgling stages, the maker will need to keep close watch on their vampire as their feeding needs might cause the fledgling to go on a massive killing spree. As accepted as the act may be, the vampires do frown upon having their kind being exposed again. They wish to remain in secret and will not tolerate such behavior.

HYBRIDS - As to any rules, there are exceptions. Hybrids vary depending on if they are vampire and lycan, vampire and human, or lycan and human.
- Vampire/Lycan Hybrid- These are the most rare of the hybrids since vampires and lycans don't get along very well. They are still weak to everything except sunlight and holy water. Silver can still burn them but on a lesser degree. These hybrids tend to have a brother/sister wolf that speaks to them but their influences isn’t as great as a lycan’s. These are the hybrids with strength that far exceeds vampires and lycans. They are born with the ability to lift up to ten times their weight and over time it only increases.
(If planning to make a Vampire/Lycan hybrid please ask an admin.) - Lycan Human Hybrid- Lycan hybrids are very similar to their counterparts. They change into a wolf and have a werewolf form that is basically a cross between a human and a wolf. The main difference is their reaction to silver is far more dramatic than any other species.
- Vampire Human Hybrid- (AKA Dhampir) They are not nearly as strong as full vampires. But they are more tolerant of sunlight but they cannot stay outside for more than five hours before they start to burn. Holy water doesn’t affect them nor does silver.
