We scream, we shout, we are the fallen angels Follow the morning star, where freedom awaits you and the darkness will failed One week went by since Jereth purchased him from the slave market. Normally it took about another week till he was sent back to the slave market on terms of being the most disrespectful, disobedient and stubborn slave they have ever dealt with. He was proud to be that way, maybe it was alittle condescending and not something to brag about, but it was probably the only thing he had left to himself.
Vampire's have already taken him away from his home, took away his brother from him and treated him like he was nothing much a piece of property for a year now and he was already fed up and wanted out. Sure, Jereth was a kind owner, actually he was the kindest owner that he'd ever had and probably the nicest person he'd ever met. Jack though kept his guard up around the dude, just because he was nice doesn't mean the vampire couldn't snap and turn into a whole another person.
Jack had given Jereth abit of a hard time. He wasn't as mean to him as he was towards his past owners, but he didn't really listen, show up for dinner and would disappear for hours on end. There was actually alot to do around the mansion, he didn't destroy property, mainly he just cause his owner some worry.
He liked to go out during the day, there weren't any vampires out during the day, even inside the mansion. It was around evening when he left his room and wondered down the halls. He didn't see any sign of Jereth and quickly walked down the hallway. Jack hadn't seen any slaves around, guess they were the obedient type and actually listen...or maybe he just hadn't run into anyone yet.
A large door caught his attention and he stopped, cracking the door open just enough to stick his head in, he saw it was a type of living room. Their wasn't anyone in, he quietly stepped into the room, shutting the door softly behind him and took in his new surroundings. Once the coast was clear, he sat down on the chair and picked up a book that was laying on the table. It looked like a old book, the cover was leathery and worn out. He cocked an eyebrow in curiosity and open the first page. His blue eyes took in every word, forming pictures into his mind about what the book was telling. The story was actually very interesting and was deeply caught up in it. The book was practically in his face and he didn't even noticed if another vampire would walk into the room, blood thirsty and maybe want to snack on him. Any of those concerns or scenario's were out of his mind for the moment as he continued to fill his head with the story that he was enjoying.
He flipped a page and cringed softly. Bringing up his hand, he looked at the paper cut that sliced open his finger. He quickly put his finger into his mouth, sucking away the blood. Cutting your finger, in a mansion full of vampires and you were human was not a very good situation. He pulled his index finger out, seeing more blood started to form tiny beads and he sucked the blood away again. Finally, it stopped and wondered if maybe he should just leave and go back to his room. He was already injuring himself with a damn book for gods sake, who knows what else would happen next to him.

Having just woke up from a nap and realizing that the night was just about upon the mansion, the young looking vampire headed out of her private room and roamed the halls. Blonde strands were played with casually with one hand as she walked. The mansion was rather quiet, or so it seemed. And to be honest, this was just the way she liked it. Today especially. She didn't want to stumble across anyone that annoyed her. Whether it be Tristan, Logan, or Julian. She didn't want to run into any of the three.
A little huff of breath and she pushed the thought of them out of her head. What to do? What to do? She thought about going for another swim but even that didn't suit her at the moment. One last corridor and hallway to silently step upon and she found herself at the big doors leading into the living room. Normally she didn't bother to waste her time in the room. It was a social gathering spot and the blonde arrogant snot of a woman had better things to do than busy herself with silly, boring talk about whats what or what isn't.
What made her push through the doors this particular night was anyones guess though. She wasn't expecting what she seen though when she headed into the room and the door coming to a close in her wake behind her. She saw the young man with black hair sitting on the couch reading one of the books that littered the area.
Vampires as old as she was knew when a human was around. What made it odd ,was to see one so openly in the mansion walls without another present. This lead for limited reasons. He either broke in or was one of the others slaves. Her brow perked up just a little and she cleared her throat. After all these years, ones thirst for human blood never failed to hit home when a human was close. She glanced around, wondering if anyone would miss this man .. if she.. well..eh. She shook her head and told herself to behave. Heading over to him, she made herself home in another cushioned seat close to him. " And who might you be? I've not seen you here before."

We scream, we shout, we are the fallen angels Follow the morning star, where freedom awaits you and the darkness will failed Before he could close the book and make for a exit, a woman appeared in the living room with him and he knew immediately that she was not human....but vampire. His blue eyes glanced down at his cut finger, cursing at it before looking back up at her when she asked him who he was?
She sat on a cushion seat close to him and he kept his attention fully on her. Did she smell his blood, is that why she came in here or was he over reacting and it was purely coincidence that she happen to show up here after his finger stopped bleeding?
Jack Stone and you are? He asked.
He might as well be friendly towards her, he had no idea what this vampire wanted, or if she even wanted anything from him. He wondered where Jareth was now, probably waiting around for Jack to show up, or maybe he was actually guarding someone, that was his job after all.
His bright, blue eyes just stare back at the woman's, waiting for her to either answer his question, or perhaps strike at him. It wasn't allowed for another vampire to take the blood from another vampire's slave, but that didn't mean the vampires would follow the rules, he was sure that many slaves have lost their lives and blood because a self centered vampire couldn't control themselves.

Jareth had gone out to pick up some more stuff for Jack and put it all in his room. He hadn't been assigned to guard anyone just yet but that was fine with him, Jareth had enough to do with Jack around the mansion. Not seeing him he walked around with a few new books for his companion in his hands, it had been some books Jack had asked him for. Softly humming he sniffed the air smelling Jack's scent and followed it closely. Holding the books to him he glided along and found himself at the large doors of the living room. Hearing some talking in there he knew who's voices it was, Jack and one of the council members Kacey.
Opening the door he moved inside and closed the door behind him, tilting his head. Looking to Kacey then to Jack he glided to him. "Ahhh Jack there you are I have been searching for you everywhere." Sitting down next to him he put the three brand new books down onto the coffee table. So Jack could read one if he wanted to. Looking at Kacey he stood up and bowed to her, respectfully. "Miss Kacey, I trust you are well this evening?" He sat back down next to Jack.
