Freedom (Cassie & Ina)

(Okay... no reason to do this, as they are all my chars, but anyways, I like writing. I've come out of my writers block, so yay!)

Des sighed. Where was her pride and joy? Where was her attitude these days? She had been out of the coven for a long time, just to get into the real world. She managed to get a hotel room, and now she was back. After leaving the foyer where a few slaves and servants had greeted her, welcomed her and offered her a snack, she had walked into the living room to relax after the long and tiring train ride back.

She had missed a few significant people, such as her servant Cassie, and her best friend Ina. Ina and Des had been BFFs since they were children. Ina was a born vampire, and Des had been bitten. When Ina was told, she immediately bit Des so the best friends could be immortal together. That was only recently, as Des was still a fledgling. She sighed, gazing at the wall. She missed her two friends - they had to be here somewhere!

Cassie had been treated badly over the last few days. She had been fed from by a vampire, chucked in the dungeons and hurt. She missed having Des around to protect her. The girl was crying every night when Des was on her little holiday. She had been gone for ages, but when she returned, Cassie was talking to another servant, and the servant mentioned Des returning.

Cassie had ran to the foyer, but Des wasn't there. Eventually she reached the living room. Sat there, amongst the crowd, was dark-haired Des sitting still and gazing at the wall. Cassie was so happy to see her. She ran over.

"Des! You're back!" she grinned, jumping next to Des. She felt safe - protected.

Ina had mostly been lounging in her bedroom in the coven today. She was so bored. The coven had nothing to do. She wanted some human blood. She knew slaves and servants were meal options, so Ina came into the living room to see if there was any servant. A very clumsy and idiotic servant, Cassandra Black, stood on her two clumsy feet in front of the sofa. Sat on the sofa was- Des. Ina's BFF, Des! The girl who was changed all because of Ina. Ina walked forwards.

"Des? I didn't know you hung out with servants. Such a high rank like yours as a fledgling can't match with the low rank of servants. But I'm glad to see you're back, BFF!" She flung her arms around her.
