• Cutting people open. More like, trying to find out why people died. She may be a little morbid, but Molly loves her job and wouldn't trade it for the world.
  
• Neon colors. Call it a fetish, but she enjoys colors that shock the eye, though her dress is usually very professional or monotone.
  
• Black olives, but only if the seeds are removed before she buys them. She particularly enjoys the canned variety.
  
• Reading, though she stays as far away from crime novels as she can.
  
• Speculating about a series of events leading up to a particular situation. She doesn't necessarily care how or if it could be avoided, only what may have happened or what is known to have happened.
  

DISLIKES:

• Cold foods. She won't eat cereal unless the milk is warm, and forget about left over pizza straight from the fridge.
  
• Being fawned over. For the vibe she gives off, Molly doesn't particularly care for being cared for. It makes relationships difficult, but either she doesn't care or she's good at pretending like she doesn't.
  
• Over confidence in anyone. It's a real frustration for her to encounter people who are too confident in their abilities, particularly when they come off as arrogant though she can behave that way from time to time when discussing her field.
  
• Water. Molly has had a natural aversion to water since she was a small child. She never learned to swim and hopes she never has to.
  
• The sticky side of duct tape. It always seems to be causing her problems in the morgue.
  

STRENGTHS:

• She can cover up blood and other bodily fluids well. She's a medical examiner after all, it's almost a given.
  
• Molly has a good working knowledge of emergency medicine despite having become a medical examiner three years prior.
  
• She has a disarming personality that allows others to get close to her or want to "adopt" her without fearing getting hurt. Perhaps this is because of the wounded vibe she gives off despite her fairly normal personal history.
  

WEAKNESSES:

• Molly has a difficult time staying "tied down" whether it be to people or places. While she's never left New York to live, she has a habit of moving apartments at the end of each lease.
  
• She tends to get herself into situations she knows she shouldn't but does anyway. For the most part, she's pretty sure she's trying to compensate for her normal childhood and generally non-rebellious adolescence.
  
• Molly both trusts too easily and doesn't trust easily enough. Or, better, she trusts the wrong people. It's part of the finding herself in bad situations thing, but even growing up, she fell in with the 'bad crowd' despite never actually doing drugs or committing unusual criminal acts.
