SELENA MARIA TORRES [/color] Quirky/LocaCan’t live without dancing[/ul][/size] [/url] is the mate to Julian Holt who has only recently returned to New York after being a away for a year. This is her first time being around a large quantity of vampires aside from her brother in law, Dustin, and her sister, Angela. It takes a lot to scare her but being in a new place with new rules sets her on edge about how to interact with the coven members. A fact Selena doesn’t know about herself is she a descendent of the moon goddess, the very one that created the lycan race causing her blood to be very addicting and highly attractive to vampires. With her blood being diluted by years of human breeding, her powers have been boiled down to calming lycans or sending them into a rage based on her mood. Something she has never really noticed after her many years on the lycan island. As for vampires, a few gulps of her blood would allow them to exist in the sunlight for up to ten minutes without fear of death. Open for plots![/ul][/size] |

Of course we've already settled that they are mates. We can always think of some future plottage. Not sure if you're still going to go with her leaving once the vampire world will get too much for her to handle. Not sure what else to really say, Julian insisted I put that quote up though. >.> <3

I'm not sure. She's not the type to run away so easily so it would take something on mass scale for her to leave. Maybe that fighting match between vampires and lycans would make her question sticking around.

So I was wondering randomly after reading her effect on vampires in regards to her blood, If a gulp lasts ten minutes on a full vamp how would it effect a half vamp or Dhamphir, would it last longer or negate what protection they already had... maybe enhance other strengths they may already have... It is something that could be interesting to find out... though i somehow doubt that Julian would be very happy if it happened...

I never really thought about it. Since half vampires can walk in the sunlight so I don't think Selena's blood would affect them. Enchancing other senses they already had seems more likely to me. And yeah, I highly doubt Julian would be happy for someone to try to find out.
